Beyond the ordinary
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Erin strives to make that step easier by offering a warm and judgement free space.
She believes in looking at how addictions and mental health impact one another by offering a supportive and non judgmental space where you are able to explore your experiences at your own pace. Erin pulls from many different therapy modalities that include but are not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
Areas of Focus
Addictions
Addiction can affect every area of life, including your relationships, mental health, work, and overall well-being. Erin provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your relationship with substances or behaviours, understand the underlying factors contributing to addiction, and develop practical strategies that support lasting recovery, improved well-being, and meaningful change.
Anxiety and Depression
Anxiety and depression can make it difficult to feel like yourself, affecting your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily life. Amber provides a calm, supportive space where you can explore the experiences behind these challenges, gain a deeper understanding of your emotional patterns, and develop practical tools to help you feel more hopeful, confident, and connected to the life you want to live.
My Approach
Erin believes that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. She takes a warm, client-centred approach to counselling, recognizing that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences at your own pace.
Erin understands the close connection between mental health and addiction and works collaboratively with clients to address both with compassion and curiosity. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), she tailors each session to your unique needs, helping you build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out—therapy is a collaborative process that moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Whether you're navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions, Erin will work alongside you to help you better understand your experiences, build healthier coping strategies, and create positive, sustainable change. Her focus is on helping you feel empowered, supported, and confident as you move toward the life you want to create.
