8-week DBT group skills training

In-person in Regina. Learn core DBT modules including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to create lasting positive change.

Family addiction support group

Offered virtually across Saskatchewan. Designed specifically for individuals and families supporting a loved one through addiction, offering community and guidance.

In-person DBT skills training in Regina

Our 8-week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group is hosted in-person at our Regina clinic. Participants work through practical exercises to strengthen emotional resilience, manage overwhelming distress, and build healthy interpersonal boundaries.

Virtual family addiction counselling across Saskatchewan

Watching someone you love struggle with addiction can feel overwhelming and isolating. Our virtual Family Support Group offers compassionate guidance, coping strategies, and a safe network of families who understand what you are going through.
