Area of Focus
Anxiety and Depression
When anxiety or depression become part of daily life, it can feel difficult to find balance, motivation, or hope. Shawna offers a compassionate and supportive space where you can better understand your experiences, identify what's keeping you stuck, and develop practical coping strategies that help you move toward greater emotional well-being and renewed confidence.
Boundaries/Perfectionism
Many people struggle with setting healthy boundaries, managing perfectionism, or feeling like they have to meet everyone else's expectations before their own. Shawna provides a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while helping you develop healthier boundaries, greater self-compassion, and practical strategies for creating more balanced, authentic relationships. Together, you'll work toward letting go of unrealistic expectations and building a life that reflects your values rather than the pressure to be perfect.
Addictions
Recovery looks different for everyone, and Shawna believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. She provides a supportive, judgment-free space where you can better understand your relationship with substances or addictive behaviours, explore the challenges contributing to them, and develop realistic strategies that promote lasting change, improved well-being, and a more fulfilling life.
