Lorie Craig
Regina, Sask.
Offering ADHD, Individual Therapy, EMDR
In person and virtual
You look like you’re holding it together—but inside you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own. Maybe your mind won’t slow down, you overthink, struggle to follow through, or react in ways you later regret. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed or burnt out internally. You are not broken—you just haven’t been given the right tools.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re already overwhelmed. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. We can move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive, working together to help things feel more steady and in control.
At Wolf Willow Counselling, we help you understand your patterns, build practical skills, and feel more in control. I work with adults and parents who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with ADHD, anxiety, or emotional regulation. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) for Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and much more.
My approach is warm, direct, and focused on real-life change.

Amber Duclos
Swift Current , Sask.
Offering Individual and Couple's Counselling
In person and virtual
I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, authenticity, and genuine human connection. I value clear, compassionate communication and strive to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring even the most difficult experiences without fear of judgment.
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach. Trauma can impact how we see ourselves, others, the world around us and can influence thought patterns, emotional regulation, and the body’s stress response. I don’t believe therapy should feel clinical or distant—I aim to build a trusting relationship where you feel supported, respected, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.
Together, we can make sense of what’s weighing on you and create meaningful steps toward growth, balance, and healing. You don’t have to have the “right words” or everything figured out. Showing up as you are is enough.
Amber lives and works in Swift Current, Sask. and offers counselling in person or virtually from her office at #201- 101 Central Ave. N, Swift Current, SK.
